Trainee nearly took R 18 000 on credit card

We flew to cape town on the 23rd December 2011 and when we got to Europcar the trainy that had helped us had no senior staff member assisting her and because of that she wanted to take R 8 000 for 72 hours and then the same when we collect the car again. the trainy was handed a full bill back voucher from the travel agent that we used.

Then they were suppose to collect the car the next day at the holiday house but they failed to do so and then a few days later the male that contacted me to say they were in our little town but the street name does not exist so I said to him that he should of asked the police station we are 2 streets away from them and after that discussion things got heated on the phone and he spoke in a bad manner so I am telling all of you guys out there please do not use their services they are terrible and I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO PLEASE USE AVIS THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT AND THEY SPEAK TO THEIR CLIENTS IN A CALM AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER!!!
