My insurance company asked to collect a car from Euro car at Krugersdorp area, they took from R500 deposit for petrol, I return the car on the 16th January 2012 FULL TANK. Beside I was waiting out side their office for almost 30 minutes to hand over the car but no one was there as always. Miss KAGISO told me Euro car will refund my R500 within 48 to 72 hours now it is 7 days and I never saw my money. I am giving a final warning to Euro car I am going to write about your company in the 4 main news papers in South Africa! As well I will keep writing on Hello peter to let people keep reading about your bad service, my final action I will print 30,000 flyers and let my staff give it all over JHB as well as the air port. Not about the R500 anymore it's about wanting people to know about your bad service and ******** our deposit. Shame on you and shame on the whole management , truly guys you are a group of *******, I can see on hello peter what kind of rubbish Euro car is! I have been dealing with AVIS for many years they never did this to me they always treat me with respect as a client! Don't tell me sorry I just want my deposit and the **** out of my face euro Car |

We have contacted our merchant bank and your banking institution and would like to confirm that the deposit/hold that was placed on your account has since been cancelled and is no longer pending on your account. this amount of R500 should be available for use. We have tried to contact you telephonically with no success and shall confirm via email. Hello francogaby, Dear Tom As per our conversation today we would like to confirm that the deposit was only placed on your account as a holding amount and has since been released back into your account. Utterly Disgusted:
Euro car talking rubbish, you never return my deposit on the 16th Jan when I returned the car. now almost 2 weeks and I never seen my deposit. honestly your company is rubbish and the service is rubbish too! you better return the money or I make scandal of your company and don't under estimate me! I will like I did to KIA & ADT I will get your name down the drain! even though I am one person only! I am sick and tired of unprofessional people dealing with! |
