Another poor experience we had with Europcar! Rental AN. 6500666020;Pick up Location: MELC03 23.11.2011 08:48;Return Location: MELT01 26.11.2011 14:39 We rented a car on 23Nov11 and returned it on 26Nov11. Our bill was to return on 28Nov11 but finally returned 2 days earlier on 26Nov11. 1. when we picked up our car on 23Nov11 the GPRS was malfunctioned, and we returned it right away, there wasn't any other GPRS available to us. and they assure us to be refunded with the GPRS rental fee. (confirmed on 23Nov at Melbourne South RY branch) 2. we returned the car 2 days earlier, and expect we get a refund for the 2 days hire. (confirmed can be refunded when we returned the car on 26Nov11 at Melbourne Airport RY branch). 3. we have a AUD100 deposit, and will expect to get that back. it's been 1 month since the car rental. there is no reply, no refund! does Europcar think keeping silent is the good way to make us settled with no refund and earn extra profit with this? Nonsense! |
