Hi Last Sunday 22 Jan 2012 we returned our car on time to the Cape town international airport Europcar and was advised that the money ( Deposite of R2000.00) will be reversed back into my credit card between 3/4 working days - I called them on the 25/01/11 and was advised that they will contact the bank and request for this to be released! They deducted R40.00 from my account from my account for no reason! and my money is still not in my account? This is unacceptable as the amount was removed from my account immediately but takes you forever to reverse? |
