| After their promise to refund me, they still have not come back to me. I sent an email last week cancelling my policy and they responded within 24 hours saying my policy will be cancelled (they just couldn't get rid of me); but still nothing on my refund. I have never missed a premium since I took the policy. Just because I have cancelled doesn't mean I will let them take my money. I am sending another complaint to the medical concil until I get my money. | |||

As per our previous response regarding your claim, we initiated contact with your service provider on your behalf to obtain the necessary documentation to process your claim. We have since received such documentation (10 May) and are pleased to advise that your claim will be settled today. We would encourage you to consult your policy guide for a comprehensive overview of the claims process to ensure that any future claims are processed more speedily.
