| I HAVE JOINED ESSENSIAL MED LAST YEAR NOVEMBER AND WERE TOLD THAT MY WELCOMING PACK WOULD SOON BE POSTED TO ME, IN DESEMBER 2011 I CALLED ESSENSIAL MED TWICE WHERE I TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE WELCOMING PACK OR MY MEMBERSHIP CARDS, THEY PROMISED TO RESEND A THIRD TIME, AFTER CONFIRMING THE CORRECT ADRESS AGAIN. IN JAN 2012 STILL NOTHING SO I CALLED AGAIN, THIS TIME ASKING TO BE COURIERED TO MY WORK ADRESS - TWO WEEKS DOWN THE LINE NOTHING! SO AGAIN I CALLED ESSENSIAL MED YESTERDAY WHERE I HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS IS IN A MEETING UNTIL 15H00 BUT "PROMISED" THAT THE SAID PERSON WILL CALL BE ONCE THE MEETING IS OVER. SURPRISE!! NOTHING. IM HUGELY DISSAPOINTED, IF THIS IS THE WAY WE START WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN DURING CLAIM STAGE, ARE YOU ALSO GOING TO IGNORE MY REQUEST? I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY, IF NOT IM CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION AND WILL DEMAND MY PREMIUMS BACK! | |||

Hello brendachampin, Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, although we have done our very best to ensure that your Welcome Pack reaches you. Your Welcome Pack has been mailed three times: on 19th November to the address we had on file, on 22nd November to the new address as requested and on 6th January to your work address. As discussed telephonically, we will now send it by registered mail and will track it via the Post Office, informing you telephonically once it arrives. In the interim, we will e-mail to you a copy of your member-card, welcome letter and policy schedule as proof of your membership.
