No feed back

Need a root canal to be done asap. Send 2 quotes thru to essensial med. One for only the root canal and the other one for root canal and filling. R200 difference between the 2 quotes. Its a month later and I'm in constant pain and still wating for some feed back regarding the quotations.

Thank you for your enquiry. Our records indicate that you had an emergency root canal performed on 11 October of this year, for which a claim was submitted and processed - this procedure is covered under your policy's dental benefits, as per our policy guide and website. Unfortunately, your follow-up visit was for specialised dentistry and this is not covered under the policy benefits.

Although clearly stated in our policy guide, as well as on the website, we understand that the dentist's receptionist also informed you that the follow-up procedure is not covered under your policy and the cost is, unfortunately, for your own account.
