If there is one thing I don't like is **** and false promises. After the below response from Lee promising to refund me on 30052011, I still have not been refunded I quote 'As per our previous response regarding your claim, we initiated contact with your service provider on your behalf to obtain the necessary documentation to process your claim. We have since received such documentation (10 May) and are pleased to advise that your claim will be settled today.' This has been going on since February which has led me to finally cancel my membership last month. WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE NOW?? |

Hello Abe01, Please note that we have indeed made contact with the service provider as promised on your behalf and forwarded the claim for payment. The account we received from the services provider reflected an amount due and the amount of R221 was paid to Dr. Adams on 27/05/2011. We contacted the service provider and informed them that you had already paid for the consultation and that they had forwarded us an account which had already been paid. We communicated with Carmen at Dr. Adams practice and confirmed payment with her - Carmen advised us that you could collect the money and we communicated this to you by email on the 17th and again on the 20th, reminding you that you could collect the funds.
