| Dear Edgars and the woman I spoke to at the Credit office, Thank you for responding to my complaint. Just as I thought your service has worsened, I received a phone call with a big apology! I thank you (Employees) for the great feedback! Not only was it feedback but a proper apology and the type of service I expect from Edgars. I wish I could spell out the ladies name who spoke to, she was very apologetic and sincere! I take back any bad credit/ words I have said about Edgars. The problem is resolved in an appropriate manner. I will personally go into Menlyn branch and thank the lady! Once again, thank you! | |||
