Good Day After my complaint last week for my Guess jeans that torn after 6 months, I recieved a call from Edgars customer service where they told me I can take my jeans back and they will replace it for me without my purchase slip. Over the weekend I went to Edgars and the store manager replaced my jeans with a new pair without any problems. That was realy great service from Edgars Vaal Mall and from the store manager. Thanx a lot. |
