In December I decided to change my skin care product. I considered Lancome. Vanessa assisted me and provided me with such awesome advice and a great attitude. Although the store was extremely busy; Vanessa took time to assist and offer advice. Staff at Lancome are like a family; they were so accommodating and friendly! I was so impressed with her; that I recommended other members of my family and friends to contact her directly. Vanessa is really a gifted soul! I also had the priviledge of dealing with Monky at Clarins who changed my mind on several products! I was impressed with the manner she applied make-up and offer advice! After purchasing several products I also recommended her to friends and family! I have been a customer with Edgars for over ten years; this was the first time I was impressed and amazed at the way these two ladies provided an AWESOME SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN SUCH A BUSY STORE!!!! THANX |
