| I have lodged a dispute on the 22nd December 2011, for transactions that happened on my account on the 8th of December 2011 in KZN/Dbn, at Edgars Northgate Mall in JHB. I couldn't use my card in December because my account had to be blocked while Edgars was busy with investigations. It is now February 2012 and my account still has issues, How long does it take to do the investigations? I'm not going to make any payments until I get a new statement reflecting R6k as amount owing and I'm not going to pay any interest charged from the day I queried the purchases made on the 8th Dec 2011. I'm not happy that it takes this long to sort out my issue or do I have to make noise before Edgars take me serious? the service that I'm getting from Edgars is really appalling and I feel, I don't need this account any more. Because of your incompetence, I missed out my December shopping and January sale | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: I'm still waiting for their call and I also found out that my Edgar account has been charge services called lifestyle membershp fee R25.00 and PA insurance R10.75 which I didn't req for, without consulting me first and I don't know how long I have been paying for these two services. I want credit for this and want them cancelled imediately | |||
