| On 23/11/2011 I wrote complain about services from Edgars. Story carry on till today. Two days after my last complain they come pick up my broken dishwasher and nightmare starts. My dishwasher is broken from June 2011 and till today wasn't repair. After numerous calls to customer services to try to find out, what happening with my dishwasher , I had always promise that someone will call me to inform me about status. Never happen anything, if we not call them nobody ever call us. When you call them, only answer you got from them is we waiting for the parts. On the 6 of February 2012, dishwasher has been suddenly drop by my house. When I came home I find out that dishwasher is full of dents and scratches. So we immediately call back and only what we had again was promise that somebody will call us. And as usual, nothing happen. When I test dishwasher, I find out that is not working and the display showing same error message as before. So basically nobody touch anything. They are quick to take monthly payment from your account for your insurance, but service is unprofessional and absolutely pathetic. So if you want to take Edgars insurance, be very careful, service *****. | |||
