| to whom it may concern. Every birthday Edgars sends you a voucher, my birthday was in January, its feb now, and i still have not recieved my voucher. i spoke to someone at the call centre, and they said they would send me the voucher. i am still waiting. i know it may not seem like a big deal, but i need to buy facial products which cost a alot of money, and that voucher would come in good use. I have been a loyal client to Edgars, all i expect in return is for Edgars to keep their part of the deal. Otherwise i have no problem closing my account and stop supporting Edgars, which would be a pity. | |||

Hello angeladc, Thank you for making contact with us and raising your concerns about your birthday voucher for wich I apologise. As per discussion the voucher has been posted on the 27/1/2012 , however in the meantime we will email it to you so that you can make your purchases and redeem the voucher .
