I have submitted a retrenchment claim early in December 2011. All the relevant documents was taken to the Clearwater Mall store, where I received great assistance, all was checked, and then submitted. After about 3 weeks I was the one to follow up on this claim, and was given all sorts of excuses from the person dealing with this claim. Later she ran out of excuses and then told me that she didn't receive one of the documents, and that after it was checked at the store and all documents were sent to them. I have since submitted more documents, but there is still no feedback on this matter? Could someone please respond? This is a general thing in Edgars stores and call centres. There is never anyone available to assist, and when you find the one person who is willing to assist, they might need assistance from a fellow employee, and it's like there is no one willing to assist in resolving a matter... what is happening? |
