| Have written previously about Edgar's cellular Cape Town ref (3001120003/GO) never got back to me. .After a long wait i finally recieved my replaced blackberry 9360 from repairs. Had it literally for one day and the same fault appeared on my handset. Had to book handset again in today and had the same ****** service.I really don't want this handset as it was two different handsets that had the same fault. For R3149.95 I expected better quality and service. I only used the first handset for one month and now had replacement handset for one day and is being sent away for repairs. I cant wait another month for something i paid for an not using.This goes against my CPA rights and would like to be refunded.And have complained twice no Edgar's site no feedback at all. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: Received call from Edgar's on 9/02/12. Was told I should leave everything to Edgar's cause the the problem with the manufacturer and repair centre. Was suppose to get a feedback the late afternoon on the 9/02/12 its now 13/02/12. So to sum it up no feed back has been given. And the guy who spoke to me was more angry that i complained on Hello Peter. And asked why I'm so happy when i answered phone and was throwing tantrum on Hello Peter...... | |||
