| Good Afternoon On the 24/01/12 I went in to Edgars Cape Town to do follow up on my handset(Blackberry 9360). Stood in the line from 13:45 to 14:20 there were four consultants. One of Consultants approached me and asked if i was served. I explained I'm doing a follow up just to see far my handset is. She told me to wait for certain assistant with Edgars badge.Three other customers were sent to her who purchased handsets who came after me. And I had to wait , it seem that she was the only cashier and the other three were just interested in sales. Finally when I was helped I asked the lady I would like to check up on my handset as the consultant who booked it in on the 11/01/12 told me to come in the second week in to follow up if they do not contact me. When I handed her my paper she checked in her repair file, she could not find my details and my repair sheet was not filled in correctly.My handsets details was not written in. So how did they book my handset in to mtn when clearly my name was not recorded in repair file. No follow ups has been done. And all i asked was to contact mtn to see if handset arrived. Clearly your staff are incompetent and its been more than 14 working days. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: After long wait,I received swap out handset on 3/02/12 charged handset that day loaded R60 mtn to activate bis and started updating my apps on bb app world and had to reboot handset and surprise the same fault as the previous handset. The handset reboots itself over and over. Had to book it again in for repairs on the 6/02/12 and again got ****** service and going to wait another month. I feel like I'm been robbed only had first handset a month and the second handset a day. I want a refund. | |||
