on the 04/02/2012 i paid my account in full that was in arears the total amount was R10 486.10 and wanted to close my account initialy i was told i have an amount of R155.95 due to me. and the staff at the Glen all staff did not have name tags on so i could not tel who is who and according to their system i overpaid the amount by R155.95.i was suppose to get that money. on the 06/02/2012 i called the call centre tel n 011 498 8100 to query about the R155.95 that is due to me. I spoke to the agent bu the name of Fikile then she put me through to her team leader by the name of sheeren she put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up the phone on me tried to call again when i gave the person the account no she hung up the phone again. |
