| on the 26/01/2012 I visited boulders to apply for an account , There were no clients but I was not attended to for a duration of about 10min , the staff was busy talking to each other and walking up and down, When they saw me leaving then they decided to attend to me but I was too feed up . The next day on the 27th i went to apply again , i was told to bring my marrige certificate and they will phone my work place to determine employment . I told them to call after 3 . The next day I bought the marrige certificate and it was faxed to the accounts department . No one confirmed if it had been recived on the other side . The next week I got a call from the accounts department ,they needed my marriage certificate and had not recived it . I decided to send it myself to Makhubo . On 4/02/2012 I revisited Edgars. I arrived at 9am and was told that they need my marrige certificate again !!! they have not recived it , I gave it to them . I was told that they had not phoned my work place and they had a WHOLE week to do so . Eric who was helping me for the first time really tried his best but due to lack of customer service from my previous visit's I left 2 hours later with no edgars account | |||
