Edgars ******** my money

I have had my account for 2 years and from the beginning said I did not want to be a member of Edgars Club. I often do not receive my accounts in the mail but when I do I have confidence in Edgars to bill me correctly.

Was I not suprised when I received an Edgars Club magazine this month. I went to the Clearwater branch to complain and they admitted they have been adding the R25 cost to my account since October. I WANT PROOF who authorised this! I asked the call centre agent who was called from client services and they said the records are cleared for 2011. I DEMAND a full refund of the past 4 months Edgars Club contributions AND proof that I joined the club. The staff at the store were very non-chalant about the whole thing and so was the call centre agent who told me he will stop the deduction but not give my money back.....for the record, I left the magazine with Client Services.
