For some reason Edgars never updated my EFT payment done on the 29 of Jan. First I called the Customer service department and was told they can't help me and gave me a number 0114989343 (9071) For assistance. The number was just ringing. Then I've sent an email to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] No one confirmed that they have received the mail. Next solution was to print the proof of payment, take some time from work and go to Edgars Centurion. As I walked into the accounts and Customer service department, I went straight to Maureen to ask what side I should be. Her side or the customer care side. First she looked at me like a donkey for a train... . I obviously immediately stripped myself. I showed her the proof of payment and told her to check what is going on. "we are offline" is what she said. O.k..it took me a whole trip to Edgars just to be told they are offline. I told her to sort the **** out. I shoved the paper on her desk just to be slapped away. Yes, you read correctly. She actually hit me on my arm. She then wipe the paper of her desk and left it on the floor. Thanks Edgars for helping me. Thanks for training your staff very well.
