HEADLINE	Edgars Exchange complaint
I bought a kiddies dry-mac @ Edgars stores in Ermelo, using my account, it was on a hanger with age 7-8 , I got to the till for Girly Nhlapho only to find that there was no price tag, the supervisor ( I suppose) was @ the till and she went to get the same item to confirm the price, instead of returning, she phoned the teller and gave her the price. the dry mac was a small size, we went back for an exchange only to find that they were out of stock, I left my contacts and was indeed called a few days later that the ordered size has arrived. I sent my brother but because there was no price tag they refused to exchange it. I called them abd they told me the dry ,ac had black spots on the inside of the shoulders hence the refusal to exchange. I told them the child never wore the drymac the 1st and last tym was when she fitted it. They apologised and called me for the exchange and when I got there they 'found' dust like dirt by the inside of the pockets and yet refused to exhange it. My problem is that I was given unfounded excuses which I have no contribution towards, it's not my fault there no price tag and the dirt on the pockets were not my cause. I need your help. Add a new Edgars Report Inappropriate report?

Hello P@tty, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have discussed the matter with the staff that attended to your query on friday and she mentioned that indeed the jacket was dirty and this is the main reason for not allowing an exchange .
