| Don't buy a phone from edgars, I bought a phone from edgars, it malfunctioned, when I want to return it within 6 days they said they must first send it back, and that will take 3 to 4 days, they refused to refund me, or give me a another phone. | |||

Hello joo1, Thank you for making contact with us with regards to your faulty cellphone. We apologise for the inconvenience incurred. As per discussion with the manager , he will take the phone to the service provider for a full technical report , that will determine the fault and then he will provide you with a new phone if the report states that it is faulty . | Utterly Disgusted: I took the phone myself was my choice, the vodacom shop did indeed find it faulty my 30km drive to vodacom the visit and the drive back was pleasant, but what a disgusting experience back at Edgars Middelburg again, with manager Johannes their out of spitefulness it took me 2hours still to get them to exchange the phone,I had to call vodacom and ask them to call edgars, Johannes the manager just slowly sits their doing other work as if I have the whole day. I'll defiantly close my Edgars acc. | |||
