Broken Shoes

Morning

I get the shoes as the gift last year towards the end of September,end of January it was broken both of them on the side of the soley.I went to Edgars to ask if I can return the lady advice me to come with them even if I don't have the receipt.I went there with the shoes she ask me to go at Customer service.I explain to them that I was the one who chose the shoes I had the receipt but I did not know that the shoes won't even finish the year hardly six months for ***'s sake so I no longer have the receipt.She told me that its not ony Edgars who sell Sissy boy They asked the 4 digit number of the card that he used to purchase the shoes which he didn't feel about giving it over the phone for security reasons.They try to get the Manager that works on shoes to make final decision,she was no where to be found,I call area Manager for the shop he ask me to go to the bank and ask the statement I told him that I didn't buy shoes my self some body does he said he can not help me with out the receipt how can someone keep the receipt for something that is over than 3 months and I bought the shoes with out the intension of bringing them back that is why I care less about the receip

Not Impressed: I was in between the supply and Edgars.Edgars wanted me to call the supply as if I ordered shoes from them.But I manage to get the receipt and I call the area manager of Edgars Sandton he said I can come.When I get there the lady wanted to give me the voucher I told them that I will never spend my money at Edgars again so I need my cash and she told me that its not the same price.I just told her to call the Area Manager and give me the full amount I don't want to argue.Eventually I got it.
