Pathetic Customer Service

I used to be an Edgars account holder years ago and I paid the account off and closed it a year ago. When we check my credit rating at ITC it still shows that I owe Edgards which shows that my payment obviously was not updated. so I contact the call centre ands this Lady Senzekile Shabalala becomes very rude when I told her that asking for an update from ITC does not solve my problem now if it takes 3 weeks for them to respond. i asked to speak to someone else and she told me to redial, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she put me on hold for a good 20 mintes until I cut the call. while I was holding I called back on another line and asked who last updated my profile and I was given this nameby Mamello . i need this issue sorted ASAP

Quite Impressed: Immediate response

I was contacted by Edgars and I got 2 letters from Marshaltown confirming that yes I paid up my account. all sorted and great and I still ask why should we fight kick and scream before we get things sorted. Service must be rendered correctly the first time around
