HOLLARD EDGARS VOUCHERS

It's been 8 months and still we have not received our Edgar's Vouchers which you suppose to receive after 6 months claim free.
On the first occasion we contacted the call center to be told that the vouchers has been posted, when we called a week later we were told that we have to wait 8 months before the vouchers are issued, i called a week ago again and was told that i could go into any Edgar's store inquiry desk and ask for a Gift card, their Financial Department would be contacted and the card would be activated.
We went to Edgar's and did what we were told on the 23rd December only to be told that,that department had closed for the festive season, never mind their voice mail saying that they are open between 08h00 and 16h30 and it was after 13h00.
So still no vouchers!!!!
