I've been having a very difficult time claiming my father's funeral fund from Edgars. 19 Oct: Handed in all required documents 15 Dec: Phoned call centre, but according to them nothing was received. 21 Dec: Went to Edgards, lady said she would follow up the next day and phone me 22 Dec: No phone call received 23 Dec: Went in at 09h45, another lady there couldn't help me and told me to come back at 11h00 because that's when the frst lady would be in. Came back at 11h00, then for the first time the lady phoned to follow up and according to head office they didn't receive anything. (She didn't follow up the previous day like she promised) She resubmitted the documents and told me that they will phone my 27 Dec. 27 & 28 Dec: No phone call (what a shock!) 29 Dec: Went back to Edgars, waited 45 minutes!!! for the lady to phone head office and find the documents. According to her they didn't receive it for the second time and so she resubmitted it for the 3rd time!!! I told her I wanted to lodge a complaint, but she said that she and the manager decided that she would follow up every second day and phone me. I told her I still wanted to lodge a complaint, but she wouldn't allow me. |

| Quite Impressed: The issue was resolved 30 Dec and the staff at Wonderpark were very friendly and helpful. They told me that they will give me a voucher for my trouble. Thanks for your quick reply and problem solving. | |||
