HEADLINE	Edgars changing rules to suit themselves
Edgars offers a promotion in which you can buy two pairs of jeans at the same price and they will take R40 off. I tried to buy two pairs of jeans, both at the same price and both with the label saying that you can buy two pairs and save R40. I went to the counter and the assistant rang up my goods and the promotion was not honoured. I asked her why and the manager came over and said that because the jeans are different lengths the promotion does not apply. It does not state this anywhere. I was also very unhappy that the same branch told me that they would phone me and tell me as soon as they were back online so that they could check if they had another item of clothing in a different store as Alberton was sold out. 5 days later and I had to go back to the store myself. Over the Moon: Problem rectified when I went back to the store. Saw a different manager who was helpful, friendly and very gracious. I am glad to say that I will now definitely go back to Edgars Alberton City.
