Billed for airtime I did not receive

I subscribed to edgar's R33 for R50 OTA airtime purchase. I waited and waited and no airtime was sent to my phone. When I received my edgars bill at the end of the month, they charged me the R33!!
EDGARS, where is my airtime????

Got a friendly call with a resolution AND an apology.
It's unfortunate though that its not possible for me to subscribe to the airtime offer.
