I bought a pair of shoes and after 2 or 3 wears, the heel stitching gave up! I go into the Westwood Mall branch and speak to a Teller who refuses to exchange the shoe as the 30 day exchange policy had expired. he had the most horrifying attitude. I asked to speak to a manager & was told that there were no managers on duty, Since it was a Saturday. I then told him that a Store like this cannot be without a manager on duty. Miraculously he BECAME the assistant manager on duty. His bad attitude and terrible listening skills were enough for me to scream. he did NOT listen nor did he even give me a chance to speak. I do not care that the 30 days has passed, FACT is, it was damaged goods, that i have paid for!!! im not asking for a refund. I asked for an exchange! Please note that i am not able to provide the exact date and time however it was during the DECEMBER period. EXTREMELY ANNOYED IRATE CUSTOMER!!!! |

| Over the Moon: The manager @ Edgars westwood mall branch (Milna/Morna) couldnt get the name called me to state that she will be handling my complaint and i should come see her over the past weekend. Upon my arrival she assisted with such a friendly and warm approach. She went out of her way to help and definitely SHOWED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU. | |||
