Hi Peter I received an email from VVM Atoorneys claiming the amount of R1046.6 from me. I had Edgars account in 1993 by the time i was a part time worker and student, now is 2012 and this acount has prescribed already, i dont understand how can these attorneys claim this money from me because is prescrinbed. Please help as i know if a matter is prescribed then it is supposed to closed long ago. On what grounds they can claim this from me what are my rights here.
