| Dear Edgars. After someone stole my Edgars card they went on a massive spending spree which was great for them as it was Christmas time but not so great for you and I. I am not sure how you don't even have the most basic of checks and balances that an African man was buying on an account of a Caucasian with a Dutch surname. Anyway what really has got me is the fact that the ***** department just NEVER EVER answers the phone. I have had the money reversed but it took countless hours of hanging on, trying different numbers. Going into branches etc. To make matters worse you allowed this person to open up every single type of protection funeral etc etc plan known to man. Now I cannot get through to the ***** dept and customer service cannot cancel it as the ***** dept have locked the account. I promise you this, I WILL NEVER EVER buy from Edgars again, I am shutting my account and no family member of mine will EVER buy from Edgars or open up an Edgars account ever. Thanks for notching up a truly shocking customer service experience. | |||
