I went to Edgars yesterday saturday and was disguisted by the fact that 3 tills were open for the entire store, i waited for an hour before i could pay for my clothes. I went back to edgars today Sunday to my horror 1 till was open in the entire store and was forced to wait for 45 minutes before returning an item of clothing purchased. Your store has 2 huge entrances, enough clothes to cloth a town, but no staff at the pay points. Unless your store sorts out the pay point, you will never see me there again. |

We have brought this matter up to the attention of the Store manager, Reference Number: 1601120071/GO, and requested he ensures in future that you, as our valued customer, do not encounter the same problem as yesterday. |
