where is my oven?

I contacted Early Bird Durban (031 5601471) to do repairs on my Whirlpool oven. On 24th October 2011 they took my oven away to assess what was wrong. I was phoned a few days later and told that I would need to pay R1000, 50% deposit, before they could start repairs. I duly paid the money (they accepted cash only!) and I am still waiting to get my oven back- it's now 13 December. When I call the number on which I originally contacted them, the line just rings. Help! I fear my oven has been stolen?
