This place has me running around wanting to pull the hair from my head! I have never experienced such horrible customer support! The lines are hardly ever answered and when they are, you've either reached the wrong branch or person, their systems are down, or the person you are looking for is busy with someone else. The last time I phoned, when I asked what contact information they had, after giving my reference number, I was read a number from Cape Town, I'm in Johannesburg!!! It's been more than a week that I've been holding on for a quote. |
