| my parents fridge went on the blink and because my dad held his service and repairs with Early Bird they were contacted on 2-01-12 to repair the fridge.He was told that the motherboard was the problem and that an order will be placed.No turn around time was given so he has been following up telephonically as well as with visits to their Springfield Park branch since 5-01-12.Staff at Dbn office are rude,incompetent and have no decency to provide any feedback or return any of the messages we've left.Brian in DBN is very rude and is standing in for the manager who is off sick?in the last tel convo with my dad he abruptly told him to "stop calling him.he ordered the part and if you want to know anything else to call head office.don't call me again".we call **.they are also just as bad.Client care should be called client care-less as nobody can give any answer on a turnaround time for the part apparently ordered.all have taken details,said they will call back but none do.I don't think anyone actually works because we've have zero response to our query.will appreciate a response ASAP.dad been a loyal paying customer for the last 20yrs or more.considering cancelling!Deplorable service! | |||
