I have a contract with Mastercare via Edgars. since 3 September 2011 i am waiting for a technican to fix my washing machine. spoke to the following people at Mastercare but still nothing: Ricardo and Hilda call centre agents Roshilla, manager Paul Drake, her manager Veruschke, Carlos's PA. to date i am still waiting for Carloes Simoes to contact me |
