Poor service yet quick to debit money

I called early bird services on the 06th of December 2011 reporting my broken fridge and they gave me a ref number and they said a technician will be sent withing 48 hours. I waited and kept on calling them, the answer i got was, my problem is not yet allocated, days went by up until the 11th of January 2012 when i called them again and i was referred to Roshula or Sipho whom are not available at all times.Then on the 18th i called the Alexandra branch to assist me and i explained what was my problem to the lady i was talking and when she checked, my problem was still not attended to and she said she will sent an email to the head office about my complaint. Which i think she did cause the day after, i got a call from Roshula saying she'll send the technician tomorrow which was on the 18th. A technician came, checked the fridge and said he need to order parts for it and come back to fix it. I waited until today.
