MY debit orders for all my electrical appliances with Early Bird has once again gone off as it has monthly for the past 25 yrs. My washing machine broke on Sunday and since Monday I have tried to call the newcastle office, but get no reply no matter what time I call between 08:00 & 16:00??? I have heard via the grape-vine that they have closed down? Why did they still take off the December instalments? Why did they not notify their customers? |
