this entity has just offered the most appallingly terrible service I have ever encountered...called them two weeks back to come and take my appliance for repairs, well it took them a week and half to come and fetch them and when they eventually did come to fetch them it is taking them atleast a week and half to repair. I contact them almost daily and they just send you from pillar to postand when you eventually get the right person to talk to they have just been telling me that they are awaiting the orderred spares... I mean how long does it really take? my ref numbers are cxn 045681 and 679 |
