| I reported that my stove and fridge were not working in Feb 2011 and was given job numbers. For a very long time nothing happened and when I made several calls and sent e-mails they send a technician who came to see the stove and said he must order the parts and left. After several weeks of no response I send yet again e-mails to query this, eventually the technician came again, only to tell me they ordered the wrong parts, and left again saying he will order correct parts. This was sometime in Sep2011, seven months after the report to request repairs/services. It is now Jan a year and no one has bothered to call me and update me with the story or tell me when they are coming to fix my stove. Not once has any senior staff called to check if my query has been resolved or explain why it hasn't, as it shows on their records that the job number is not closed/attended to. Their service is extremely appalling. I even wrote to their manager Paul Drake (at his email address they provided me with), but to no avail. | |||
