I have had a contract with Early Bird for +25 years. I discovered last week that the company in Vanderbijlpark who did repairs for Early Bird no longer did so. I managed to track down the new company and logged a service request. I telephoned again this morning to enquire when they would be coming, to be told that they could not access the Early Bird database and they could not assist me (their "Early Bird person" had walked out on them). This leaves me on the brink of Christmas with a washing machine that is not working properly and a sense of doom that it will not be done anytime soon. I telephoned Early Bird's Head Office for assistance - neither Paul nor Roshilla (Regional Managers) answer their phones and you cannot leave a message for Paul as message box is full. In desperation I have emailed Carlos Simoes, a Director, to ask for assistance. I am praying that he will take pity and help me. Here is the real problem - the service from Early Bird has been like this for some time now - this is not my first complaint to Hello Peter. Surely somebody at this company understands that to maintain their business they need to ensure that their service is of the highest standard? |
