hi there...first of all , if you try callinbg early bird you will wait on the line for about 10 to 15 minutes being transferred from one person to the next.. i called them on thursday morning 07-12-2011 to collect my washing machine..they said they will collect it the next day which was friday...i waited a whole week and nothing happened..then they sms me a reference number about the washing machine...today is thursday 08-12-2011 and my machine still hasnt been collected ...im holding on the line for 17 minutes and being transferred from one person to another..now im on hold and the machine says the number is invalid.. you will regret using early bird in the future... from one of the best companies out there to the worst companies out there... |
