| Last year I phoned the Port Elizabeth branch and told them that I had changed my banking account details and would like them to update my debit order which they never did. When I phone to enquire why it hadn't been done they said they had forwarded the info to JHB and that they would do it. Still nothing happened. They gave me the name of a lady by the name of Norma van den Berg, whom I phoned and emailed on numerous occasions(from Oct 2011) to find out what was happening and she said that she would update it for me and that I wouldn't have to pay the following month because it was deducted twice the previous month. Still the deduction went off the next month. I also wanted to add my dishwasher onto the contract. She emailed me what it would cost and I asked her to add it for me. After more emails I still haven't heard a word. I think their customer services and accounts department are disgusting. Please advise what I am to do now as last month no deduction was done for my contract and that means I'm going to have to pay twice in one month again which I can ill afford.
