Dont buy Pioneer Sound: Earlybird cant fix it.

I purchased a very expensive Pioneer sound system from Afritronics in July 2009. The system failed after 3 months. In Dec 2009 I handed my R20k Pioneer sound system, still under warranty, in to Alberton Earlybird Ref # DAB009 575. This is two(2) years ago for repair, I,m still waiting for any response whatever from anyone from Earlybird. Every query I make leads to excuses, waiting for spares from England, very complicated system etc...
I have escalated the problem to the director, customer satisfaction, Carlos with promises of results asap. I,m still waiting.
They have relocated offices without any notification, I had to track them down to their Boksburg offices.
I want to warn any potential Pioneer brand purchaser that Earlybird are the assigned warranty repair experts. They are incompetent, don,t care or give a dam, even at director level.
I now need to approach an attorney to recover my R20,000.00 Pioneer sound system loss because Earlybird are unable to repair it.
