Disgust in early Bird Service

We have had an account with Early Bird for over 20 years now and being paying this account religiously and never missed a payment. this payment is made on the agreement of fixing our TV when need be. We made a booking over a week ago to get our TV fixed and confirmed the services 4 days before. They then did not arrive nor tell us that they wouldn't make it. Upon phoning them and getting a rude receptionist that was very abrupt I asked to speak to a manager and was told they she didn't come in and had was told I would be phoned back where I had the phone slammed down in my ear and they didn't take any details so of course I did not get a return call. I would think after 2 decades of a valued constant paying customer they would by the least live up to 20 years of payments, this place is a sham to any loyal customers and I would rather pay double fees than have such a rude and disgusting service from such a place.
