| On the 28 October 2010 my account was debited twice by early bird. I have been struggling to get hold of them, each time I call I am being told by the answering machine that they are experiencing a high volume number of calls after holding for about 10 minutes you are being told that you must leave your name and no, the consultant will come back to. The last message was left yesterday morning after 09:00 am up to now no one has contacted me. This morning I tried them again the same story. I would be glad if they can explain the reason for them to debit my account twice, because my monthly agreement with them is for R132.92 not R265.84. | |||
