| Reported Washing machine broken 12th October as was going overseas wanted it repaired for my return.On return no repair done. Called again on 11 Nov, only to be told no available technician till Tuesday 21 st Nov. 21st came and went.still waiting ! called everyday and promised the technician on his way.STILL WAITING!!CHARMAINE at service has been helpful can't get any reply from head office no one answers telephone there even MR PAUL DRAKE REGIONAL MANAGER DOES NOT ANSWER HIS CEL NO 071 856 6869 NEVER AVAILABLE ALWAYS VOICE MAIL!!!! i HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO SUE THIS COMPANY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT,and all my costs incurred they take my debit order money and no return, constitutes *****! what can you do when no one answers the telephone!!! | |||
