I have a contract with early bird for about 12/13 years. i phoned them (North Coast Road) on the 23 May 2011 to report my washing machine was leaking water from under. Technician came out and said the seal needs replacing and they will fetch it once they receive spares. I phone them a month later to enquire, the next day (in June 2011) they picked the machine from home. I made a call on the 08 September 2011 and was told my enquiry was moved to parts to order and therafter made numerous enquires and also visited them on three occasions. Spoke to Brian the services guy and he at all times told me that they are waiting for spares. The last time i visited them they mentioned that they are waiting for spares to come from Port Elizabeth and it will arrive here on Tuesday. Got a call on 19 November 2011 from Earlybird to confirm that spares will be here come Tuesday 23/11. Today is the 12 December 2011 still nothing. I am just fed up with this extremely poor service. Can i claim back for the debit order from May for not having my machine. Can sombody also send need their Head office CEO name , address, all contact details etc so my attorney can process a claim against the company. |
