| I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEIR HEAD OFFICE FOR ASSISTANCE SINCE THE CLOSURE OF EARLY BIRD DUTOIT STREET PRETORIA NO ONE CONTACTED US OR MADE US BE AWARE THAT THEIR STORE WILL BE CLOSING AND WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO OUR GOODS SINCE LAST YEAR I TOOK MY AMPLIFIER FOR REPAIR ON THE 01.MARCH.2011 TILL THIS YEAR THE AMPLIFIER WAS NOT RETURNED I CALL SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE LINE HANGING UP ALL TIME WNHEN YOU FIND SOMEONE THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR SOMEONE WHO DEALS WITH SUCH QUERIES AS YOUR HOLDING YOUR LINE IS BEEN CUT OFF WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ANYONE I HAVE NAMES OF EVERY OPERATOR WHO ANSWEARD MY CALL BUT STILL FAILLED TO HELP ME CAROLINE TOLD ME THE AMPLIFIER WAS RELEASED FOR DELIVERY TO ME ON THE 10.10.2011 BUT I HAVE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL SOMEONE ASKED IF THERE WILL BE SOMEONE AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELEVERY I CONFIRMED THEY SAID THAT PERSON WILL CALL ME AND HE NEVER DID NO DELEVERY MADE TO BRING THE AMPLIFIER UNFIXED TILL TODAY IS THE SAME THING PLEASE ADVICE ON WHAT NEXT MUST I DO OR WHERE ELSE CAN I REPORT SUCH MATTER | |||
